I do think that this is quite upsetting, as a bride-to-be is so excited about a dress she sets her heart on, only for it to be lost to due being slow with a deposit. I do thank Karen for offering to make a new dress of the same style. I do recommend their dresses for beauty but please do make sure your put a deposit down as soon as possible.
